Exploring Sahara: Colors of Moroccan Desert

Before embarking on my adventure, when I heard about the Sahara, images of sandy dunes and endless desert stretched before me. Of course, those characteristic sandy formations are part of the truth, but only about 10% of the Sahara is actually composed of sand dunes. The rest of the desert consists of incredibly diverse terrains, including rocky deserts, gravel plains, and stunning, colorful mountains - Atlas.
On the way to the Sahara in Morocco, I traversed the Atlas Mountains, which left an unforgettable impression with their various shades of yellow, red, pink, and even black. Some peaks are so high that they are adorned with snow at their summits. In the Atlas Mountains and on the sandy dunes of the Sahara, I discovered an extraordinary palette of colors and landscapes that I never anticipated. The saturation of hues was truly breathtaking under the bright sunlight.
In my photography project, I aspire to share these extraordinary experiences and invite others to explore the magic and beauty of the Moroccan Desert - Merzouga. Through my images, I seek to bring the diversity of landscapes and richness of colors to life. Each photograph aims to tell how the Sahara and Atlas Mountains captivated and inspired me.
